Gramma G's Blue Cheese Spread

"This is a staple at any family gathering. Great on veggies, crackers, stuffing black or green olives, just about anything. The possibilities are endless when you're a blue cheese lover. We love it so much that we nearly have "fights" over any that may be leftover. We joke that it's even good on corn flakes!"

  1. Very "bleu cheesy"! If you love bleu cheese, you should adore this spread. I used the crumbly bleu cheese and the next time, I think I will use a soft variety instead. Try this on a bacon burger with a little dijon mustard - yum!

Hi there! Originally CHICAGOLAND CHEF DU JOUR, I like to think of myself as a fantastic home cook with a flair for the gourmet. I have gotten & shared many recipes since I became a member in 2007. Although I have not been active in a few years, I still return to look for recipes from some of my fave chefs. Thanks to all you have helped me over the years and thanks a bunch to any and all reviews.
