  1. Wow, Eve!! These burgers were great. We cooked them directly on the grill. They turned out so juicy and the flavor of the fresh herbs made them extra-special. Served them on hoagie rolls toasted on the grill. Thanks so much.

  2. Good burger! I totally eliminated the breadcrumbs and the burger still held together beautifully! I futzed around a bit with the quantities of the fresh herbs, added more basil and less rosemary, just because I love basil and am not the greatest fan of rosemary. I grilled these in my stove-top grill pan and it was juicy and delicious. I think the lemon juice really added something to the flavor, next time I might just add some lemon zest as well. These burgers are almost Greek in taste, and delicious!

  3. Thought this was terrific when made with ground turkey.

  4. These were a great way of using my fresh herbs from the garden! I could definitely taste the basil in them. Try this if you want a more sophisticated burger some evening. I could see serving these on grilled sourdough bread with some fancy cheese as well. Pam
