  1. I've made this a few times, however I can't bring myself to use the hot spices at breakfasttime. Instead I use cinnamon and splenda. Amazingly filling!

  2. This was good, quick, and kept me full until lunchtime. I liked the dash of spice.

  3. I halved the butter and omitted the chili powder. The cayenne and paprika alone gave it plenty of zing. This made a nice snack for me this afternoon.

  4. Very fast and tasty, perfect as a snack or breakfast. I used whole wheat bread, halfed the butter, 5% fat cottage cheese and paprika on the top. Thanks for sharing LizAnn!

  5. This sounds like an older WW (Weight Watchers) recipe from eons ago, referred to as a "Cheese Danish". I still make it occasionally, but instead, I top it with a heaping tablespoon of canned crushed pineapple & a sprinkle of cinnamon. It's good and filling.
