  • 1 (18 ounce) package Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 34 cup sour cream

directions

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Grease baking pan, 13x9x2 inches.
  • Mix dry brownie mix,eggs, and sour cream.
  • Spread in pan.
  • Bake 23-27 minutes.
  • Cool; cut into 1 1/2-in squares.

  2. I gave this 4 stars. What a easy recipe and what a great way to use up remaining sour cream. These are great if you are looking for a cake like brownie. So glad I found this recipe as I had sour cream that needed to be used. I even used fat free sour cream and they still turned out good. I'll keep this in my cookbook for future use.   3. I was a little hesitant to try this recipe because it didn't call for any oil or water. I have made them twice now and we love them. I used another brand of fudge brownie mix with chocolate chunks and they were MMmmm mmmm GOOD! I will mske these brownies again and again.
