- 8 strawberries
- 1 cup apple juice (100% pure)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon flax seed (Crushed)
- 1 teaspoon psyllium (Husk)
directions
- Cut all fruit into chunks.
- Blend.
- Add apple juice and water.
