Mango Kiwi Strawberry Smoothie

Mango Kiwi Strawberry Smoothie created by White Rose Child

I'm sure this one has been done before, but I came up with it independent of a cookbook. It's delicious! If you want it to be thicker, try adding less pineapple juice. If you want a less sweet version, omit the strawberry sorbet and replace it with nonfat frozen yogurt!

I halved it, using a heaping cup of frozen mango chunks and 1/2 cup strawberries with a little soymilk instead of sorbet. I didn't have pineapple juice so I just used fresh pineapple. Sorry for all the substitutions- but even so, this was a wonderful smoothie!

Terrific combination of fruit that go well with the pineapple juice. I've tried it both ways & prefer the frozen yogurt for the less-sweet version. Good enough for a dessert, in my opinion, or a filling snack. It's GOT to be good for you too!
