Creamy Mushroom Spaghetti

  • Cook the spaghetti according to pack instructions.
  • Fry the bacon until crispy and add the mushrooms. Fry for 3 minutes.
  • Drain the pasta and add to the bacon/mushroom mix.
  • Add the spinach and crumble in the cheese. Toss over a low heat until the spinach has wilted and the cheese has melted.

  2. This turned out really dry when I made it. I added some store-bought alfredo sauce to it, though, and really enjoyed it. Nice mix of flavors!

How I rate... 5 stars - perfect, will make again without any changes. 4 stars - Liked it, will make again again but with changes. 3 stars - had to make major changes but got it to work. 2 stars - had to make major changes and it didn't work. 1 star - went terribly, a waste of time and ingredients, I cried, BF cried the cats cried you get the picture...
