  1. A winner - who needs pastry dough? This was simple and delicious!! It was consumed quickly by my guests, and it was so easy to prepare. Five stars for me!!

  2. Always looking for a quick 5 star appetizer. Wow it really delivered as promised. Just had to make a few changes. Used a lot less of the sugar, cranberries and nuts. 1/3 cup of each would be sufficient. This can be tossed together in a ziplock and stored till needed. Served at a few of our friends parties and all agreed it was GREAT! You know it's good when it all disappears and many ask for the recipe! This IS A KEEPER!!!

  4. I brought this to 2 different parties and it was a big hit at each. I used a 13 oz brie round. After zapping it in the microwave, I made a slit in the middle. Served with Ritz crackers the first time and plain crackers the second. It's a very easy recipe.

  5. Perfectly easy recipe for brie. I offered this with whole wheat crackers at a recent appetizer / finger food party. Yum. Who doesn't like ooey gooey brie?
