  1. I have made this but added Italian Dressing mix to the cream cheese and serve on cocktail rye

  2. This reminded me to make cucumber cream cheese tea sandwiches that I love. They are just the perfect appetizer. I would not add garlic or peppers because we rarely use them. Most foods don't need that mask if they are good on their own. Little tuna tea sandwiches would be good too

  3. Refreshing, healthy appetizer. I added some roasted garlic to Lite garlic/herb cream cheese - Sinple easy, tasty recipe. I popped a small piece of Jalapeno on the cucumber. Lovely appetizer with my Sunday Martini.

  4. Thanks beth for a great little finger food. I have done cukes before but I always like a new appetizer to try. This one was yummy. I agree with the cucumbers using the ones with less seeds. This is perfect for a meeting or event or shower or just anytime. Super easy. The circles just slightly bigger than the cukes looked great. I didn't have a biscuit cutter so I used a small dry measuring cup that had a rim and where the handle was I just cut with a knife and it turned out well. Thanks for sharing. ChefDLH

  5. What a delightful little appetizer. My son (a huge cucumber lover) and I really enjoyed these for a snack while dinner was cooking. It will def. be a go to recipe. Thanks for sharing it with us. This was made for Spring PAC 2009.

Hello everyone, <br>I live in historic Yorktown, VA. I am a SAHM of two, a ten year old daughter and a three year old son. I love to cook and bake. Unfortunately for me, I have always been a big gal, as they say here in the South, but my theory is-the more you eat, the smaller I look. If I can fatten you up it makes me look better. :) Cooking is also a great stress reliever for me. I really enjoy this web site and thank everyone who has contributed to making it so insightful and fun! <br><img src=http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b158/bella_donata/My%20Art/Recipezaar/goldsparkle.png border=0 alt=Made by Bella14ragazza> <br> <br><img src=http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg271/MrsTeny/AMpageSticker.jpg border=0 alt=Photobucket> <br><img src=http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w115/bugh8er/food%20and%20swaps/4811_39528.png border=0 alt=Photobucket> <br><img src=http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg271/MrsTeny/Permanent%20Collection/PACSpring09Iwasadopted.jpg>
