Our Reverend (found this at allrecipes.com and) made this for Easter breakfast this morning and it was a fantastic hit! She also made a vegetarian batch using Boca crumbles. Thank you for posting!

This is very good and easy for a holiday morning breakfast. We had this for Thanksgiving morning. It is so great to just get up and pop a delicious breakfast in the oven. I followed the ingredients exactly but didn't put in onions because of DD. I also didn't put it in the layers because I like it all mixed up. Made for Cookbook Tag 2007.

Wow, this was so good! The taste reminded me of the breakfast burritos at McDonalds, which I love. I will definitely be making this again. Thank you!
