This is one of my favorite side dishes that I love to cook.
- Ready In:
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 medium head of cabbage, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄8 cup butter
- Fry bacon in pot until done, remove bacon,add cabbage salt and pepper.
- Place lid on pot and cook on medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes or until it is to your liking.
- Add butter and stir until melted.

My mom always told me that its healthy to add diff colors of veggies in my dish so I added corn, Broccoli, grey oyster mushroom and carrots in this recipe. I did not use salt as I have already replace it with butter and the oil from the bacon strips is very rich so yeah~ taste lovely, thanks for the recipe!
