  • Put pizza stone in oven. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and oregano. Mix in the egg and the milk and stir well.
  • Transfer to a lightly floured surface. Knead dough until smooth, adding more flour if the dough is very sticky. Roll out dough and transfer to preheated pizza stone.
  • Bake crust in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Add toppings and bake about 10 more minutes, until cheese is melted.
