World's Best (In My Opinion) Banana Bars

"My mom and I always make this recipe for the forth of july and I LOVE THIS RECIPE!!!!!"

• Yields: 1 tray
• Serves: 40

ingredients

• Bars

• 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 3 bananas
• 3⁄4 cup sour milk
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1⁄2 cup nuts (optional)

• frosting

• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1⁄4 cup milk
• 1⁄2 cup powdered sugar

directions

2. Beat the sugar oil and eggs. then add bananas and blend the rest. pour out on to greased 9 x 13 cookie sheet. bake at 350 until browned on top (about 30 minutes).

4. bring to a boil and let cool then add powdered sugar.
