World's Best Alfredo Sauce.
"I made this after having an obsession with the Olive Garden's sauce. And all I can say is this is truly better then there. My Family and everyone I have made it for is amazing. I am constantly handing this out. Serve with Chicken or seafood, pasta and veggies and garlic bread...you will not be disappointed!"

ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons garlic
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Pour cream into a sauce pan.
- add butter, garlic, Parmesan cheese and pepper.
- Bring to a slight boil for 1 minute. Turn on minimum and simmer for 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally to let the flavors mix. Enjoy!

this is a terrific recipe. made it last night for dinner-added shrimp and scallops to sauce for the last 5 minutes and chopped veggies to the boiling pasta water for the last 5 min.(sauted the mushrooms). used broccoli, green beans and carrots for the veggies. we will have this as often as our diets allow - sure is yummy. -
AMAZING!!! What a treat... the smell of this stuff while it's cooking is enough to drive you mad. But that does not even come close to the dance your taste-buds do when you put it in your mouth! I used this a base to make recipe#407989 during PAC 2010. What a great find here! Love it and will make it again and again. I feel honored to have given this lovely recipe it's first review. PLEASE post more recipes!
