  1. These cookies are really good, however not very sweet, but that may be my fault :). Instead of mixing melted white chocolate into the batter I used white chocolate chips, which worked very well, however the batter itself needs a little bit more sugar if you do that. Also, the batter was dry so I added 1 more egg and enough milk to make it nice and wet. I got over 20 cookies, thank you for posting this recipe! Oh and I did not use nut, because they weren't available. :)

  2. I really liked the flavor of this cookie. However, I feel like it is missing some more "wet" ingredients; perhaps another stick of butter, another egg or a teaspoon or two of vanilla? The dough was very dry and crumbly so I was concerned. The first batch I baked for 15 minutes and it was much too long. They were very brown on the bottom and very dry. The second batch was better, having baked them for just 10 minutes. I will probably make these again because they do have a good taste, but I will try them with more butter and eggs. Thanks for sharing.

  3. A delicately flavoured cookie. I got 26 cookies!! Not too sweet or overwhelming. Nice!
