"A delicious vodka sauce, with proscuitto. I took a couple of recipes i found on recipezaar, and tweaked them a bit. The results were exceptional."

  • Simmer the Proscuitto in the olive oil until the proscuitto is changes color slightly.
  • Add the garlic and red pepper and cook until garlic is golden.
  • Add the can of crushed tomatoes and bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Add heavy cream and vodka and bring to boil then reduce heat to low
  • Stir in the parsley and leave on low head until you're ready to server with your favorite pasta. Mangie!
