1. Delicious dressing Ellie...I made this with chives and almond oil, over spring greens, green onions and avocado, it was wonderful...thanks for posting!

 2. Good! This was a fairly last-minute addition to a complicated dinner that was easy to put together and tasted very good. Thank you, Ellie.

 3. Very smooth vinaigrette. Used dried chives and walnut oil. The walnut oil is much gentler than olive oil. Made for Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup tag game (and to put the finishing touch on tonight's dinner).

 4. Great flavor for very little effort, this shows how making homemade dressings is quick and better tasting than store bought. I used tarragon and walnut oil and could not be more pleased with the results. I got 4 servings from this recipe. Our salad had baby greens, English cucumber and red onion slices. I served it to a friend who makes fantastic vinaigrette and she was raving over this. Thanks for making me look so good!

 5. Very good dressing! I used dried chives(1/2 tbsp.). I really like the Dijon flavour. I just put everything in a bowl and beat it with a whisk. So fast and easy!

I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes. I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!
