DIRECTIONS

  • In medium saucepan of boiling water, cook quinoa. Drain.
  • Meanwhile sauté vegetables and garlic in oil. Add turkey and cook until no longer pink.
  • Stir in quinoa, tomato sauce, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 6-8 minutes. Season to salt and pepper.
  • Top bottom halves of buns with turkey mixture. Cover with top halves.
