I made this and it was delish. I put frozen peas, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and black pepper into it. (After the reviews, I was afraid it would be too bland.) Then, instead of toast, I poured it over leftover pasta. Very, very good. Almost like a quick tuna noodle. Next time I'll try it with toast.

My son doesn't like breakfast foods, so I tried this for him yesterday. We used flake tuna, low fat cream of mushroom soup, and no milk because I forgot it ! I also added about one cup of frozen peas and carrots which I thawed first. After mixing these ingredients, Alex spooned about half of it over a quarter cup of garlic croutons instead of toast, and zapped the bowlful in the microwave for about a minute. He said it was great! And there's enough for another meal, so it's inexpensive as well as easy and tasty. Thanks for helping with the morning dilemma. Next time, we plan to try canned chicken with cream of chicken soup. Or maybe canned ham with cheddar cheese soup.
