Tropicana Cocktail

With all that pineapple juice you would think this would be super sweet, its not the grapefruit juice evens out the flavors. This would be a great party drink. For some reason I have a problem floating the grenadine as you can see in the pic. It made for a pretty drink settling in the bottom. I used gold rum in my recipe.

- 1 1⁄4 ounces light rum
- 5 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 ounces grapefruit juice
- 1 dash grenadine
- ice
directions
- Mix all ingredients in a glass filled with ice cubes. Top with a ring of pineapple.
