Topping for French Bread

"This is a really quick and easy topping to make for your bread. It's lighter than those that have cheese, and is different in that it doesn't include garlic or butter."

  1. I used a ciabatta baguette. I had grated cheese to use so I added it to the slices. It was a great addition. If I do it again, I would use half mayonnaise in a way to have more parmesan cheese. Thanks Breezermom :) Made for 123 hit wonders

  2. This was very good. I made for a single serving, using a slice of French bread and just spreading some mayonnaise, sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and green onions. It was perfect with the Cesar Salad I made from another tag, for lunch!!! Thanks for sharing this very quick and easy recipe. Made for Stars Tag Game.

  4. I loved the creaminess and the cheesiness of the topping. A treat! Thanks! Made for Newest Zaar tag.

  5. I made the full recipe though only used about 3/4 of the mix on a medium wholegrain baquette and well what should have served 4 to 6 three of us scarfed the lot, deliciously creamy and cheesy. I used an egg mayonnaise and I split my baquette lengthwise and spread the mix on the cut side and put into a 200C conventional oven and it was bubbly and brown in 12 minutes. Thank you breezermom for a great recipe and Boomette who recommended in I Recommend Tag Game.
