ingredients
- 6 ounces tofu (I use Mori-Nu silken soft lite)
- 1⁄4 cup fat free sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup fat-free mayonnaise (I use Nasoya)
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh is best)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dried chives
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt (to taste, I use sea salt)
directions
- Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
