  • In a double boiler, start melting the chocolate. When it's melted, take it off the boiler and let it cool.
  • Cream the butter and sugar with a mixer for about 2 minutes.
  • Add 2 eggs, mix on high for 2 minutes. It's important to mix for the ENTIRE two minutes.
  • Add cooled chocolate and mix until combined.
  • Add the last two eggs and mix on high for another 2 minutes.
  • Scoop into the pie crust and freeze for an hour.
