The Best Toffee Cookies !

"I got this recipe from my friend Pam. She brought these cookies to me when I was in the hospital after the birth of my daughter. I shared them with NO ONE!"

• Yields: 3 dozen
• Serves: 36

ingredients

• 2 1⁄4 cups flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 8 ounces English toffee bits, I think this is the size of the bag

directions

1. Combine all ingredients. Roll them into 1 inch balls. Flatten them slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
