- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 teaspoons powdered ginger
- 1⁄2 cup consomme
- 1 clove garlic, minced
directions
- Combine all ingredients and use as a marinade. An excellent baste for chicken, beef and turkey.
