DIRECTIONS

  • heat oven to 450*F.
  • in small mixer bowl beat eggs at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until light yellow.
  • add milk, contiune beating for 1 minute to incorporate air.
  • by hand stir in remaining ingredients.
  • pour batter into greased 6 Celsius popover pan or 6 custard cups.
  • bake for 15 minutes, reduce temperature to 350*F DO NOT open oven door.
  • bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • insert knife in popover to allow steam to escape.
  • serve immediately.
