- 1⁄2 cup rice flour or 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1 lb instant potato flakes
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 22 ounces hot water (as hot as you can stand to put your hands in)
- 8 hot dogs
directions
- Cut hot dogs into thirds.
- mix first five ingredients together untill well combined.
- Form a 1/8 to 1/4 inch layer of dough around each hot dog.
- Deep fry on medium heat until golden brown, watch carefully as these burn easily.

I have lived in Utah my whole life, have been married 11 years and have 4 children. I have recently gone back to work now that they are all in school and we have put my oldest into a privat high school. As I am getting older I am feeling very nostalgic for the foods and traditions that I grew up with and want to make sure that my children get a chance to experience all of the fun Lebanese foods and things that I did when I was growing up. When I have spare time it is spent playing with my family or hanging out at my church, and no, even though I have lived in Utah my whole life I am not LDS.
