    tablespoons lime juice (or use the juice of one fresh lime)

    clove garlic, crushed

    fresh tomato, chopped

    tablespoon finely chopped onion (or use 1 tsp. dried mined onion)
  • 12
    teaspoon cumin
  • salt (to taste)

DIRECTIONS

  • Using a fork, coarsely mash avocado with lime juice and garlic.
  • Stir in tomato, onion and cumin and mix well.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
