DIRECTIONS

  • In bowl, combine cucumber and ¼ t salt. Mix well and set aside for 5 minutes.
  • In blender, combine tahini, ½ t salt, water, lemon juice, dill and ½ clove garlic. Blend until smooth.
  • Remove cucumber from bowl and squeeze out liquid with your hands. Stir in tahini. Grate remaining garlic into mixture.
