- 1 cup iceberg lettuce
- 1⁄2 cup white rice
- 1⁄3 cup ground chicken
- 1⁄4 cup chopped tomato
- 1⁄4 cup black beans
- 1⁄4 cup of sliced cucumber
- 1⁄4 cup cheese
- 1⁄4 cup of crushed low fat corn chips
- 1⁄4 cup onion
- 3⁄4 cup sour cream (more or less)
- 3⁄4 cup ketchup (more or less)
- 1⁄4 cup of low fat guacamole (more or less)
directions
- Place lettuce in the bowl, and then the rice and chicken.
- Place the remaining ingredients in desired order.
