- 2 lbs sweet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 1 dash rosemary
directions
- Wash and cut sweet potatoes into sticks or wedges.
- Place potatoes in a bowl and toss with oil, then spread out onto a baking sheet and sprinkle with rosemary.
- Bake about 30 minutes at 375� F, or until browned and tender. You may want to turn potatoes over half way through baking time.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice, if desired.

Well 1.5lbs served 3 of us (though did peel them - cannot get my lot to eat with peel on, though it is my preference but I am out voted in this) and used about 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary needles finely chopped but forgot the lemon juice - so sorry. Served with steamed vegetables and recipe #299995 and we thoroughly enjoyed a great meal. Made for New Kid on the Block, thank you Alley Barbie.
