Sweet Cornmeal Cake

"Sweet, cornbread-like bars. I use walnut oil, and sometimes add nuts or chopped apples."

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups cornmeal
• 1⁄2 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1⁄4 cup oil
• 1⁄2 cup Splenda sugar substitute

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish. Bake until golden and until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. (About 20 minutes, depending on oven.).
