- 1 1⁄2 cups cornmeal
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 1⁄2 cup Splenda sugar substitute

- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish. Bake until golden and until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. (About 20 minutes, depending on oven.).
