  • Beat six eggs to creamy.
  • Add salt, sugar, and flour. Mix.
  • Slowly add milk and stir to smooth.
  • Heat a Plattar Pan(7 pancakes holes - about 3 inches each).
  • Melt butter in each of the pancake holes.
  • Pour mix to just filling each.
  • Flip quickly for light colored (egglike) pancakes or allow a bit more time for browned.
  • Serve with lingonberries, butter and syrup.
