- Beat six eggs to creamy.
- Add salt, sugar, and flour. Mix.
- Slowly add milk and stir to smooth.
- Heat a Plattar Pan(7 pancakes holes - about 3 inches each).
- Melt butter in each of the pancake holes.
- Pour mix to just filling each.
- Flip quickly for light colored (egglike) pancakes or allow a bit more time for browned.
- Serve with lingonberries, butter and syrup.
