- 2⁄3 cup sugar
- 2⁄3 cup vinegar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1⁄2 cup salad oil
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
directions
- Boil top ingredients and let cool slightly.
- Dice veggies.
- Pour mixture over veggies.
- Refrigerate.
