  1. Very good! Comfort food for our family. We served it with good ol' mashed potatos.YUM!

  2. This was so good...I used 2 1/4lb round steak, cut into 6 pieces. Sliced the pieces across but not all the way thru(butterfly)..Then placed between plastic wrap and pounded thin with flat side of meat hammer, this made nice thin steaks easy to fold all sides and roll up..I increased celery to 2/3 cup...1/3 cup filling per roll...Browned in olive oil, shook about 2 tbls of contadina roasted garlic and savory spiced dried bread crumbs over the rolls, while browning..and placed rolls in crockpot..Mixed mushroom soup with 1 jar of franco american slow roast beef gravy, omitted the water...Slow cooked for 4 hours till tender..Had a nice rich beef gravy for masdhed potatoes...I will be making this again...

  3. This was an easy and very flavorful dinner. I also used fresh bread cubes instead of crumbs. My 2 yr old wouldn't touch it but that's not saying much he won't eat meat. Everyone else loved it. This was very easy also. Thanks for posting will make again!

  4. My only mistake was serving this on a warm day, when it is so clearly a comfort food for colder weather! Thanks for a great recipe!

  5. These are truly the best when it comes to comfort food. The only things I do differently are that I use cubes of bread instead of crumbs and I add 3/4 tsp browning sauce to the soup/water gravy combination. Your stomach will definitely get filled up with these.
