- Beat butter 30 seconds.
- Add sugar and beat until fluffy.
- Add egg and extracts.
- Gradually add dry ingredients.
- Do not chill.
- Separate dough and color if desired.
- Force dough through cookie press.
- May also sprinkle with colored sugars before baking.
- Bake at 400 degrees.
- 7-8 minutes.
- Note: You can adjust the almond extract or use other flavorings to your taste.
