DIRECTIONS

  • Prepare the eggs scrambled, but not chopped up. Keep them neat so they stay on the sandwich.
  • Chop up the onion.
  • Chop up the red pepper.
  • Spread the butter on the egg roll and place the egg, when ready, on the roll.
  • Add the spinach, cheeses, and the cut up onions and peppers to the roll.
  • Place in oven set to medium heat for 5-10 minutes to heat the oven if preferred.
