- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1⁄4 tablespoon black pepper
- 1⁄3 cup sour cream
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 package chopped spinach, thawed
- 8 ounces cream cheese
directions
- 1. Chop artichoke hearts and mix with the rest of ingredients.
- 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly.
- 3. Serve warm with chips.
