"This sauce is great on chicken, shrimp or just about anything you want. It is spicy but you could leave the serrano out if you want it milder."

  • In a small pot, combine all ingredients on med heat.
  • Stir until the curry paste has melted.
  • Lower to a simmer for 10 minutes or until thick.
