Spicy Salami Pinwheel Appetizer

"This is one of the most requested appetizers and couldn't be easier. Looks like it was alot of work but it's not! Enjoy!"

• Serves: 10

ingredients

• 1 (16 ounce) package 10-inch flour tortillas
• 1 lb sliced salami
• 1 (16 ounce) jar sliced jalapeno pepper rings, drained
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

directions

1. Let cream cheese soften.
2. Spread some cream cheese on tortilla wrap.
3. Add a layer of salami.
4. Top with Jalapeno Pepper Rings.
5. Tuck in sides of Tortilla wrap and then roll lengthwise.
6. Wrap in cellophane wrap and let set for 1 hour or longer in the refrigerator.
7. When ready to serve cut off ends and then slice.
8. I have also made ahead of time and frozen them. I let them thaw out on the counter before serving.
