- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄3 cup ketchup
- 1⁄2 cup horseradish
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Creole mustard can be substituted for the horseradish (or you can use a combination of the two).
- Chill for about 1 hour.
- Serve with seafood.
