Spicy Raspberry Sauce
- Ready In:
1 3/4 cs.
- 1 1⁄2 cups seedless raspberry preserves
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 3 chipotle chiles in adobo, drained and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Stir ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to boil and reduce heat immediately.
- Simmer uncovered for five minutes.
