  • Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, reserved pasta water, and buffalo wing sauce until incorporated.
  • Add blue cheese crumbles and cook until melted.
  • Drain pasta and empty into sauce pan, stirring to incorporate. Salt & pepper to taste.
