My husband and I really enjoyed this meal.I respected the ingredients except I did'nt have any fresh parsley.I loved the flavour of the pork chops and the chick pea simmer is a perfect dish for any vegetarian .I added white rice as a side but I think even mashed potatoes would be yummy.I will for sure make this again but as a personal preference I would replace the chick peas with white kidney beans. The spinach was a nice touch both ascetically and in taste. Thanks for the recipe Princess! *sigh* My last wee one in Fall PAC 2006!Reply
