This is lovely. It has been quite hot here and we have been making a lot of iced tea, but have become bored with our usual varieties. We have never heard of or tasted rooibos before and I became quite curious when I came upon your recipe. I was expecting that it would be hard to find, but they actually sell several kinds/mixes at the regular grocery store. We love it, and love your recipe that adds the mint, citrus, and ginger. We opted to add a splash of honey as well. This will definately become one of our regular drinks, especially in the summer as it is so refreshing. Thanks for posting this!

I'm passionate about espresso coffee, I suppose I have to be since I'm also a barista trainer! I love watching The River Cottage Year, Hugh is my hero!
