Cake
- 1 1⁄2 cups fat free sour cream
- 1 1⁄2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
- 8 ounces dark chocolate
- 5 eggs
- 2 1⁄4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 salt, pinch

Icing
- 4 ounces chocolate, melted
- 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
- 1⁄3 cup sour cream
- 2 cups icing sugar

For the cake:
- Mix sour cream, sugar, vanilla and melted chocolate together.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time.
- Sift flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir into wet mixture.
- Turn into two 9-inch buttered and floured round cake tins, or one 9x12 pan.
- Bake 25 minutes at 350°F.

For Icing:
- Mix together the melted chocolate and melted margarine.
- Then add sour cream.
- Add icing sugar.
- Beat well.
- Apply to cooled cake.
