- 1⁄2 lb fresh sugar snap pea
- 8 medium fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
directions
- In skillet or wok, stir-fry the peas and mushrooms in oil and teriyaki sauce until crisp-tender.
- Serve immediately.

These veggies were a great side dish to have with Recipe #325896 for my dinner with a friend. They were easy to make and tasted just great!
