FILLING INGREDIENTS
- 2 1⁄4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (300 ml) can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup mini chocolate chip

COATING OPTIONS
- icing sugar
- cocoa powder (combination of half icing sugar and half cocoa powder)
- sweetened flaked coconut
- nuts, finely chopped
directions
- Stir all filling ingredients in large bowl (you may need to use your hands to thoroughly combine as dough may be stiff).
- Take 2-3 teaspoons filling and roll into a ball (if dough is too sticky, refrigerate until easier to handle, about 30 minutes). Roll in coating(s) of choice.
- Place on parchchment paper lined baking sheet, cover and refrigerate until firm (about 4 hours) . Keep refrigerated.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
