  • Place potatoes, bay leaves, garlic and vegetable stock in a large stock pot. Bring too a full boil and reduce to a simmer for 6-8 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  • Drain potatoes and reserve some of the stock. Remove bay leaves and garlic.
  • Place potatoes in a large bowl. Use a hand masher to mash potatoes. Add butter, French Cultured Cream, heavy cream and white pepper. Mash potatoes until they are smooth.
  • Season with fine sea salt and white pepper to taste.
