    ounces albacore tuna, drained (1 large can or 2 regular sized cans)

    tablespoons onion soup mix
  • 2
    tablespoons parsley, chopped (or dill or basil, your preference)
  • 2
    tablespoons lemon juice
  • 10
    dashes hot sauce (or to taste)

DIRECTIONS

  • In a large bowl blend softened cream cheese with mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Flake the well-drained tuna into the bowl.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes for the flavours to blend and the dried onion to soften.
  • Mix again before serving.
